AMANDA MURRAY - STAFF

Amanda has recently joined the Capitol Gym Team.

Having started her fitness journey here at the gym as a member, Amanda then enlisted the help and guidance of one our private personal trainers Landon Knight to assist her in reaching her own personal goals.

It is then her passion for fitness and training really developed.

With the help of Landon and the other staff at the Capitol Gym Amanda has learnt a wealth of fitness knowledge and valuable experience.

She is now a much respected and valued member of our staff and is always on hand to help any members who like Amanda in the early days require any assistance with their training.

SCOTT PAISLEY - STAFF/PT


Scott Paisley has worked here at the Capitol Gym as a gym instructor and Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer for the last 4 years.
 

With 8 years of training beneath him he is a highly valued member of staff and is always on hand to provide our members with any help or assistance they need.
 

Having experince competiting in both Thai boxing and also bodybuilding Scott is now helping others achieve there health and fitness goals.

DAVID SEYMOUR- BOXING COACH

David started his amateur boxing path here at the capitol gym where he joined the amateur club aged 7. He has progressed through the ranks and is now representing the Capitol Gym in his professional boxing career. Having established himself as a up and coming professional boxer he is now offering boxing lessons and classes to private clients


LANDON KNIGHT - PT


Landon Knight is a private personal trainer that operates his client base here at the Capitol Gym.

He has worked in the fitness Industry for a number of years and offer one to one or group personal training.

He specialises in body transformation and can help you reach any fitness goals.

Landon has just successfully competed in the British Body building Finals where he gained a much deserved 6th place

ADAM ROBINSON - STAFF/PT

Adam has been a fitness instructor at the Capitol Gym for over 9 years. 

He has successfully achieved qualifications in fitness instructing level 2/3, Personal Training and Business Management.

Adam has a wealth of knowledge in sports nutrition and can help you with any supplement or nutrition questions you may have.
