Scott Paisley has worked here at the Capitol Gym as a gym instructor and Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer for the last 4 years.

With 8 years of training beneath him he is a highly valued member of staff and is always on hand to provide our members with any help or assistance they need.

Having experince competiting in both Thai boxing and also bodybuilding Scott is now helping others achieve there health and fitness goals.

David started his amateur boxing path here at the capitol gym where he joined the amateur club aged 7. He has progressed through the ranks and is now representing the Capitol Gym in his professional boxing career. Having established himself as a up and coming professional boxer he is now offering boxing lessons and classes to private clients


Adam has been a fitness instructor / manager at the Capitol Gym for over 9 years. 

He has successfully achieved qualifications in fitness instructing level 2/3, Personal Training and Business Management.

Adam has a wealth of knowledge in sports nutrition and can help you with any supplement or nutrition questions you may have.

 Dave Smith is a ex military physical training instructor with  over 8 years experience in physical training and nutrition.

He offers 1-2-1 personal training sessions and nutrition plans and coaching.
