Paul Seymour has over 30 years of experience in boxing coaching and is a highly respected figure in the sport. David Seymour is a former Midlands Flyweight Champion with extensive experience in competitive boxing. He offers one-to-one boxing training for adults, as well as regular boxing classes and 1-to-1 coaching for young people. David’s youth training focuses on discipline, confidence, fitness, and boxing fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.
Alongside boxing, David also provides guidance on weight training and basic diet recommendations to support performance, development, and overall health.
